Montreal's St. Patrick's Day Parade

The Irish Community held its inaugural Family Day on the grounds of the Montreal Irish Rugby Football Club in Ste-Julie on August 22, 2010. The weather helped make it feel like we were back in Ireland.

On a beautiful summer's evening, the community gathered at Griffintown-St-Ann Park for Mass on the Feast of St. Ann, July 26th. The event is organized annually by the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

The United Irish Societies and St. Patrick's Society combined to form one unit at the 2010 St. Patrick's Parade in Quebec City. We were welcomed warmly by the organizing committee as well as by the spectators. It was definitely a fantastic experience.
