Flag Raising   

For over a decade the Irish community flag has been raised a month prior to the annual St. Patrick’s parade outside Place Ville Marie and members of the Irish community, dignitaries, and guests have paraded inside Place Ville Marie to signify that the Irish Season is upon us and that the Parade is around the corner. This would not be possible without the partnerships developed between the SITQ and the United Irish Societies. The SITQ allows the Irish community flag to fly in place of its own.
